Payment
We are only able to accept credit card payments for registration. Wire transfers, cash and checks will not be accepted. Full payment must accompany all registrations. Registration will not be processed without payment.
Special Requests
The International Liver Transplantation Society fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act rules and regulations. If any participant in the Congress is in need of special accommodations, please submit a written request of your needs during online registration.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by May 1, 2012 to be reimbursed. There will be a $75 processing fee for all refunds. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. Refund requests received after May 1, 2012 will not be honored.
