Hotel rooms are being held for ILTS Congress attendees at a special rate of $210 USD single/double occupancy (plus state and local taxes, currently 15.58% per room per night with a $3.50 USD occupancy tax per room per night).
 
The deadline to make a hotel reservation is Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Any reservation made after this date will be based upon a space and rate availability basis.

Reservation Guidelines

  1. A first night, non-refundable, room deposit will be charged upon making your reservation.
  2. Should you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will receive back your entire first night room deposit.
  3. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish payment.
  4. Hotel Check-In is 3:00 PM; Hotel Check-Out is 12:00 PM
  5. Hotel and all guest rooms are smoke free.
  6. There are no Twin Bed guest rooms available.
  7. Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
